360° feedback

You would like to obtain a broad overview of the competencies of your staff. Here, not only the perspective of the executive counts; you would also like to know how a staff member is perceived by the colleagues and include the opinion of external clients in the evaluation.
Perspective® offers you the possibility to review the competencies of your staff in 360º and therefore collect the most complete information.
Only in this way will you get the bigger picture.

Including various internal and external parties safeguards a broader basis and will be widely appreciated. The evaluation doesn’t happen hierarchically or top-down, as in the classical approach.
The entire work environment is involved with a much more realistic image as a result. Last but not least: the staff member’s self-assessment will be part of the process, too. With a 360º assessment you aim for a complete picture, a consensus from any perspective.

Perspective® evaluates your staff’s competencies based on a systematic collection of observations and assessments. This happens by means of behaviour-oriented questionnaires that are completed by the various respondents. After this the data are combined and compared.

Perspective® is web-based. Its output consists of a comprehensive feedback report including competency measurement, swot-analysis and a PDP. You will use Perspective® entirely independently controlled.
