Today's competencies
The Quintessence Competency Cards® contain today’s 38 most important competencies. Based on the Quintessence Competency Dictionary, they offer a very important and user friendly tool to facilitate a discussion about personal competencies or competency management within an organisation.
They are useful for a competency analysis but also a support for an interview. They help you structure discussions, simplify and objectivise them.
Thanks to the definition and the various levels, you will create clarity about the terms used. Competency management will fall within everybody’s reach using these competency cards.
Practically
Per competency the competency card contains, a definition, a cluster structure and three different levels. Also added is a clear manual.
Each application is extensively described and complemented by three sets of supporting cards. These possibilities increase the application of the cards significantly. Using levels and clusters allows for an easier design of a balanced competency profile.
The cards are available in Dutch, French and English.
