Perspective 360° Feedback instrument: a broader perspective


To obtain an objective insight into the competencies of your staff, not only the executive’s perspective plays a role. All people a person collaborates with in the course of a day, such as colleagues, executives, internal and external clients, are all effectively valid assessors of the relevant person.
The HR tool Perspective offers you the opportunity to look at your staff’s competencies in 360º in order to achieve the most valuable judgment.
 

A realistic image


A broader basis can be achieved and widely appreciated by involving more internal and external parties. The evaluation is not conducted in a merely hierarchical way, as opposed to the classical top down approach.
The entire work environment is involved, leading to a much more realistic picture. Finally the staff member’s self-assessment is part of the process. With a 360º evaluation you will therefore reach a consensus more easily.
 

Practically


The evaluation uses a structured, behaviour-based questionnaire, which is offered to all people involved. This questionnaire is designed based on the specific competency profile typical for the assessed person’s position. The 360º evaluation contains a rich source of relevant information about the behaviour demonstrated by somebody in a specific work environment.
This tool is also useful for the further development of competencies that can be applied to the current work situation.

The output of Perspective consists of a comprehensive feedback report including competency measurement, a swot-analysis and a Personal Development Plan (PDP). You will manage Perspective® entirely independently. You can load your own competency terminology and function profiles.


Target group


With Perspective®, both the line manager as the HR manager are offered a structured tool in order to get a realistic idea of staff competencies.
