We are trained to start from your perspective and we can show you many examples of successful tailor-made simulations based on the client’s core business.
E.g. the Travel@all concept offers an online environment of a fictitious company, comprising the same values and core competencies as are required in the client company, in this case Makro.
You decide how far you want our collaboration to reach. The tailor-made simulation can be complemented by one or more training session in which your personnel is trained to apply the competency management technique in a constructive way.
