Quintessence Consulting is an enthusiastic competency management and HR solutions agency. We actively contribute to the assessment and development of the potential of people and organisations.

Quintessence staff are all highly-qualified professionals, roughly half of whom have a first degree in psychology, sociology or pedagogical sciences. Some also have a master's degree in Business Administration. Others have an economics degree, often combined with years of experience in the business world.

But more than anything, we are all people of integrity, with a warm personality and one common passion: the competency growth of people, teams and organisations.

Quintessence was established in 1988. We were recognised as a pioneer and expert in assessment centres and grew to be the market leader in competency management. We are part of the professional organisation, Federgon, and champion the ethics within the profession. This is reflected in, for example, our chairmanship in formulating the ethical code for assessment centres and our many publications in the profession.

We have our own R&D department, which guarantees the latest developments in the field of tools and advancements in scientific methods, in constant cooperation with prominent universities.
