How we work

We like to work together with our clients in a constructionistic manner. In other words, we contribute knowledge, which we operationalise in a cooperation-oriented fashion, with the aim of ensuring that our clients are capable of further imbedding new developments within the organisation themselves as rapidly as possible, without the need of permanent external aid from a consultant.


Our consultation activities are focused on the following themes:

  • Implementing integrated competency management.
  • Devising processes and procedures for competency assessment.
  • Devising learning processes for personnel within an organisation.
  • Training coaches who, in turn, coach the employees within their own organisation.
  • Balancing performance and competency management.
