Our mission
As a strategic partner in competency management, we have one goal: growth.
Our task is two-fold. On one hand we support organisations in their struggle with increasing competition and constant pressure to perform and on the other we support people in their ambition to grow and become more competent. This allows both the organisations and the individuals to achieve their goals.
We want to remain the reference and market leader in the field of competency management in Belgium and confirm our leadership worldwide. To realise this mission, we combine intensive research with daily practice in the discipline.
Our vision
People constitute the major cornerstones of the organisations of the future. Most organisations also have the social responsibility to contribute to a better world. Quintessence wishes to make a prominent contribution to the development of people and organisations.
As believers in human competence, we consider it vital to discover what people are good at and allow them to grow further. We ensure that employees become more self-confident and more competent. That makes the organisations they work for more competitive, too. Growth, success and happiness are the objectives.
We advise companies, but we also actually get competency management up and running through open dialogue on human capital management supported by an extensive set of HR tools.
A no-nonsense approach and flexible services are our trademark. Existing models, tools and methods are integrated as far as possible and previous investments are further expanded upon.
Our strategy
Quintessence progressed in the past from a product-oriented to process-oriented approach. We are therefore continually striving for an integrated process. Thorough requirement analysis in consultation with our clients often results in a project that is different from what was initially planned. Within this process philosophy, Quintessence Consulting aims to be a one-stop supplier for the assessment and development of competencies. We have therefore concentrated all our know-how and financial resources in the various areas of competency management. Quintessence Consulting is following an unwavering course and aims to confirm its clear market leadership in competency management.
Our client-oriented approach is based on our ability to combine strict methodology with customised solutions for each individual client. Due to our pioneering work in assessment centres since 1988, Quintessence can boast the most extensive experience in the market.
The scientific substantiation of our methods guarantees a reliable result. We link our expertise in competency management with further development on a daily basis, which generates added value in the war for talent in the labour market and within the organisation itself. We share our knowledge so that our clients can, themselves, further pass on our input within the organisation, eliminating the need for permanent external assistance from a consultant.
