As a pioneer and trendsetter in competency management, thanks to its own R&D cell, Quintessence contributes to the scientific substantiation of the discipline. Over the past 10 years, Quintessence has enhanced its methodology in cooperation with the University of Antwerp and the UAMS, as well as the VUB and the European University College Brussels (EHSAL).
