Gaining insight into the qualities of a (future) staff member through selection or development is made easier with the Scope³© online tool. This expert system interprets the information from different lists of questions on competencies, motivation sources, personality and working styles and integrates it all into an overview report with explanations and development tips for each competence. Scope³© is a very user-friendly tool which can be seamlessly deployed in career and selection trajectories.

WHO AM I? WHAT CAN I DO? WHAT DO I WANT?

Scope³© consists of different lists of questions that give answers to the queries ‘Who am I?’, ‘What can I do?’ and ‘What do I want?’ The question lists are interchangeable, ensuring they are always interesting and never taxing when used. The packet also contains a personality survey (NEO-PIR) and lists of questions on influences, working styles and motives. The structured output offers a broad insight into a person’s potential and possibilities

You can use Scope³© however you see fit. You can freely choose the composition of the question lists, depending on the application or your information needs. Scope³© has an automatic report generator that you are able to use to ensure your wishes are met. The competence evaluation is based on a solid knowledge of competences and personal development.

PRACTICAL

Scope³© can be completed online, completely independently. The time it takes to complete depends on the combination chosen (with a maximum of 1 hour) and can also be spread across multiple sessions. After the first run, the manager is able to generate an extensive report with a competence-based evaluation, as well as tips for development based on the results. As such, Scope³© is a program with a wide range of application possibilities.
