This intensive training course focuses both on developing coaching skills and on the practical business context. In short, you will receive in-depth training as a personal coach in job-related topics.
You will learn various coaching skills and insights into coaching principles that will enable you to work in a variety of business contexts with issues that employees may be facing. Issues that may be related to their personal functioning, stress, career issues, growth in an organisation, ...
Domains such as developmental coaching, stress and burnout coaching, career coaching and team coaching are introduced within the programme. Of course, we do not form you into an in-depth expert in these different sub-domains of business coaching, but after this programme you will be able to offer added value within an organisation in relation to these different sub-domains.
After successful completion, you will be confident to take on any coaching intervention at work. You will also receive a certificate to this effect.
Everyone who wants to lay a solid foundation for individual coaching. It makes no difference whether you’re a HR professional, leader or coach.
This training is conducted by experienced trainers with a proven track record in guiding and coaching organisations in a business context.
During the 6 interactive development days of the programme, we will discuss coaching techniques in a business environment:
Learning to know yourself as a coach and developing yourself during the programme by giving and receiving feedback, mapping your own behavioural preferences and cognitive programmes.
Focus on coaching skills "learning to diagnose/analyse" to define with your coachee what makes the problem the problem AND focus on the coaching skills on how you as a coach can intervene to make your coachee make a change.
Cases: these will focus on different sub-domains of business coaching and giving advice and guidance to different stakeholders (board, management, coaches, HR, employees, ...). We initiate topics such as career coaching, team coaching, stress and burnout coaching, coaching leadership,.... While focusing on these topics, the objective is twofold: awareness of the interventions that can be undertaken within these domains and the specific challenges that exist within them AND intensifying of the participants' coaching skills in general.
