Most managers and executives are confronted daily with situations in which an immediate decision is expected. 'Executive Decision making’ is aimed at the development of this competency.

The training primarily looks at the behavioural decision making, less on the mathematical aspects of decision making.

INTERACTIF PROGRAMME

You can expect feedback, self-reflection, concrete tasks for at home and at work, dialogue with participants etc. We work with practical cases tailored to the group's level. You can contribute cases as well.

Practical

For this program we recommend an approach of 3 sessions of one day each, spread over two months. The program can be organised either in-company or at a residential venue.
