You want to obtain an objective insight into the competencies of your staff, not only the executive's perspective. Colleagues and clients are also valid assessors of the relevant person. Thanks to Perspective©, you can achieve the most valuable judgement. The focus is mainly on strengths, which ensures an appreciative evaluation.

360° FEEDBACK

With Perspective©, the evaluation isn't conducted in a merely hierarchical way, as opposed to the classical top down approach. The entire work environment is involved, leading to a much more realistic picture. The staff member’s self-assessment is also part of the process. With a 360° feedback you will therefore reach a consensus more easily.

PRACTICALLY

Perspective© evaluates the competencies of your staff member based on a systematic collection of observations and evaluations. It uses behaviour-based questionnaires to all people involved. The results are combined and compared with each other.

Perspective© is web based. The output consists of a feedback report including competency measurement: the assets and growth opportunities of the participant. The report also provides 3 months access to Evolutips, a database providing development tips for competencies.

You'll manage Perspective© entirely independently. You can make your own profiles or consult standard profiles.
