As an honest, external sounding board, we discreetly discuss the participant’s career, abilities, motivation, values and professional evolution. With a mind to stimulating development, we run simulations and an extensive depth interview.
The executive development coach talks with the participant about his or her ambitions. The coachee receives one or more assignments, and discusses his experiences in the following meeting. The coach gives feedback and tips to further develop his or her qualities and leadership style following a Personal Development Plan.
