We are currently recruiting a colleague to support the growth of our German-speaking clients and candidates.
The essentials we expect from you:
- At least 3 years of relevant HR experience and familiarity with assessment center methodology
- Academic background at university level, preferably in human sciences (psychology, education, sociology...)
- Strong writing skills and analytical capabilities
- Ability to connect easily with people
- High standards, driven, and result-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction
- Perfect knowledge of German, both spoken and written, and can also communicate fluently in English.
- Able to work in our offices in Antwerp, Brussels, and Ghent.
