PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN

A personal development plan (PDP) is often part of a development trajectory after completing an assessment centre, a development centre or a 360° feedback. A collaborator designs his PDP, with or without help from a structure such as contained in the HR tool Evolutips©.
To establish a personal development plan we often ask an executive for help. The executive can surely help, but is no expert in the development of each competency.

This workshop helps you to support the development of your staf.

For who?

Everyone who wishes to improve in evaluating of and giving feedback to collaborators.

IN THE WORKSHOP 'PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN' YOU'LL LEARN TO:

• Recognise the development process of which the PDP is a part
• Consider the possibilities and limitations of competency development
• Actively work on your role as a facilitator of learning processes
